State Secretary Nikolic meets the ambassador of Angola
State Secretary at the Ministry of Defence Aleksandar Nikolic met with the Ambassador of the Republic of Angola, HE Toko Diakenga Sera.Both sides agreed that the friendly relations between the two countries are an excellent basis for the development and intensification of the overall bilateral cooperation.
After the ratification of the Agreement on Cooperation in the field of defense, the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, created all the conditions for the revival and the establishment of a comprehensive and meaningful cooperation between the two countries, both in defense as well as in other areas of economic cooperation of mutual interest.
Defense cooperation can be developed through the military-economic cooperation, but also through the military-military cooperation and other forms of mutual interest. Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Serbia is particularly interested in establishing a military education, and military medical cooperation as well as cooperation in military economy.Angola is one of Serbia’s strategic partners in Africa, Angola and the Republic of Serbiai Angola’s partner in Europe.

The Secretary of State thanked His Excellency on honest and principled support of the Republic of Angola to our efforts to preserve the sovereignty and territorial integrity in Kosovo.
