Captain Goran Pecic, commander in 250th rocket brigade, was found dead this morning at Suncani Breg in Novi Sad with a gun shot wound to the head. He was transported to the Clinical Center in Novi Sad where he was officially proclaimed dead at 08:20.

The investigating judge of the Novi Sad district court, Anikca Kurjacki came to the scene, and in the presence of deputy district prosecutor Joakim Hrubenj and the Police processed the scene. According to unofficial information this is probably a case of suicide.

Goran Pecic was born on 9 May 1978 in Senta. He has served SAF since 29 September 2001.
