Members of Kobra battalion in a humanitarian campaign
Military Police Battalion for special purposes "Kobre" today organized a campaign to give away Christmas presents to children in the Children’s Hospital in Tirsova Street, Department, Institute of Mother and Child and Shelter in Zvezdara, working at the Center for Integration of Youth.This has already become a traditional activity of these units, which aims to show that they did not forget the children who, unlike their peers, are celebrating the New Year in hospitals.
Thanking for gifts, the director of the institution Dragutin Trickovic said that young patients are particularly pleased that "Santas" in military uniforms of Serbia had brought them presents, and that many of them, who were delighted with packages this year instead of with their friends and loved ones, will celebrate the New Year in hospitals.- We will spend the New Year's Eve with three hundred children, who, just like us, are especially pleased to see that these packages have been bought with voluntary contributions of the members of the Military Police Battalion "Cobra" and is a pleasure to say that our army still has people of good will who remember our Children.
Children greeted the delegation of the Battalion with smiles, and the children were photographed in the special caps of "Kobre" and the beautiful wishes for the year ahead. Members of the unit gave them Santa’s gift, and his personal wish to get well soon! I hope that you will not be in the hospital next time we meet.
