President congratulates the day of the air force



On the occasion of 24th December – the day of the Air Force, I extend my congratulations.

With their commitment and professional execution of tasks the members of this branch have managed to prove their ability to maintain the safety of the airspace of the Republic of Serbia.

By participating in international military events in the country and abroad you managed to make a significant contribution to raising the reputation of the Serbian Army in the world as well as promoting the branch.

I am confident that you will continue to successfully execute assigned missions and tasks, work on their professional training and modernization of your units, thus giving full contribution to strengthening the operational capabilities of Air Force and the Army of Serbia as a whole.

In the year marking the 100th anniversary of the branch I wish you further success in your work.
