Communique



By joint action of the Military Security Agency, and the Senior Military Police Department in Prokuplje, today around 12;00 Lieutenant Ljupco Vilimonovic was arrested, commander of the 37th mechanized battalion from the 3rd Army Brigade.

Lt. Col. Vilimonovic is suspected of having committed the crime of bribery so he is to be detained for 48 hours, after which the criminal charges and the entire case will be handed over to the investigating judge of the High Court in Prokuplje.

Security Agency has recorded that Lt. Vilimonovic has committed bribe on two occasions, which was followed by an action of arrest and detention.
