The delegation of the Serbian Government, led by the First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence Aleksandar Vucic, and Minister of Finance and Economy Mladjan Dinkic met today in Abu Dhabi with the head of state Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

Deputy Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic invited Sheikh Mohammed to visit Serbia, which he accepted and announced his visit in early January.

Finance Minister Mladjan Dinkic presented Sheikh Mohammed the proposal of joint investment in agriculture and agro-industry, with particular emphasis on the introduction of large-scale irrigation systems in the Republic of Serbia. Dinkic said that Serbia is a good investment environment for investors from the United Arab Emirates.
