Seminar on scenarios for planning
In the organization of the Strategic Planning Department of the Ministry of Defence Defence Policy, from 10 to 14 September the seminar "Development of scenario-based planning capabilities at the national level was held."
The seminar was organized in collaboration with the Center for Civil Military Relations, Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, United States, and is part of the planned activities under the jurisdiction of the Serbia - United States Joint Commission on defense reform in the Republic of Serbia.
The purpose of the seminar was to exchange experiences in developing a scenario-based planning capabilities at the national level, as well as establishing a scenario formats and procedures for its development.The delegation of the Center for Civil-Military Relations Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey was led by Jan Murumec, with by representatives of the organizational unit of the Ministry of Defence and the General Staff of the Serbian Army also participating at the seminar.
