Around three hundred members of the armed forces of Serbia, Romania and Hungary, along with local and regional civil structures, participated in the trilateral exercise TISA 2012, which confirmed the level of training in recovery from the consequences of floods..

The investigation which is in progress will show what exactly happened on that fateful day, 18 June at 9:05 pm at the training ground Pasuljanske livade, when the explosion of an unexploded missile killed two cadets of the Military Academy – Milina Miletic and Filip Milojevic while other two were seriously injured, and five received minor bodily injuries.

In his interview for Odbrana Magazine, Head of the Military Health, Colonel Prof. Dr. Zoran Popovic stresses that since the beginning of the year the military health system has involved the Fund for social insurance of the military insured persons (SOVO). This provided more money and a more stable financing of procurement of medicines, medical supplies and medical equipment for the needs of the military insured.

Planning, organising and conducting of training soldiers to voluntary military service, candidates for professional soldiers and professional members of the Serbian Armed Forces is one of the major tasks of the Training Command.

The Day of 126th Air Surveillance Early Warning and Guidance Brigade, 18 June, was marked. In forty-eight years dealing with aircraft modelmaking, sixty-seven year old Pavle Pavlovic from Novi Sad assembled and produced about four hundred models of aircraft, more than three hundred of which he has jealously kept in glass cabinets and on shelves in his apartment.

The 38th International Emergency Management, Occupational Safety and Health Fair was held under the slogan "Be safe" at the Belgrade Fair. More than 70 participants, exhibitors and representatives of more than one hundred and seventy brands from twenty countries presented large selection of equipment and devices in the area of prevention and protection of persons and property from natural disasters and calamities and human negligence, as well as health and safety at work, and emergency medical care.

At the off-road rally "CATENA MUNDI VIA MILITARIS", caravan was travelling from one point to another, from one sport discipline to another, and along the way it encountered history and ethnography, sports and tourism, people and machines, past and present cultures.

The goal of the 10th International knightly tournament SVIBOR DUHOVI 2012 - "Knightly for Children" was to provide future by reviving the past. Visitors could test their skills in battles by the rules and disciplines of the old Serbian army, but also to prove chivalry by leaving a contribution for the treatment of infants at the Paediatric Clinic in Tirsova Street.

From SPORT – the ninth car rally "Memorial for Tepi? the hero" have been organised, and the orienteers of the Serbian Armed Forces have achieved new good results in international competitions.
