Danish donation to SAF air force
Ambassador of Denmark in Serbia Mette Nielsen Kewell in command of Air Force, presented a donation of equipment for the operations center at the airport Batajnica today. The Donation Agreement was signed by Major General Ranko Zivak, commander of the Air Force and the Danish Ambassador.Thanking for the donation, general Zivak said: - We have excellent cooperation and on basis of that we have significantly raised our capabilities. Based on this cooperation, we participated at the Flight Safety Forum in Europe and the air show in Denmark. He added that members Danish air force would participate in Batajnica air show to mark 100 years of Serbian aviation in early September.
Brigadier General Predrag Bandic, Commander of the 204th aviation brigade also thanked for the donation. He recalled that this was the second donation of this country in the past year that will be used at Batajnica air port. The first donation contributed to improving the living and working conditions and the readiness for deployment of search and rescue services.
