In this morning's accident, which occurred at the training ground "Pasuljanske livade" when the explosion of remaining grenades occurred, cadets Milinja Miletic and Filip Milojevic were killed Tanja Milosevic and Stefan Milosavljevic sustained serious injuries, while cadets Mirjana Velickovic, Jelena Obradovic, Slobodan Petrovic, M. Milosavljevic, and Nikola Garabiljevic sustained minor injuries.

Four of the injured cadets were transported from the general hospital in Cuprija by a helicopter to the Military Medical Academy.

Defense Minister Dragan Sutanovac visited the injured cadets at the Military Medical Academy, and on that occasion he stated that the health of the injured cadets was stable. He pointed out such a tragedy had not occurred for a long time, and that the investigation will determine those who are responsible and they will be punished.

MMA Head Brigadier General prof. Dr. Marijan Novakovic said that all the injured cadets were not in life danger and that the injuries had professionally been treated at a hospital in Cuprija and while three injured cadets are expected to arrive soon.

More information about the accident will be known after the press conference to be held in the Central Military Club at 15:00.
