36th class of Military High School students graduate



In the ceremonial hall of the Military Academy in Belgrade today a celebration on the occasion of the 36th class of students graduating from the Military High School. The ceremony was attended by graduates, their teachers and elders as well as the Head of the Military Academy Major General Mladen Vuruna and Bishop Athanasije (Rakita).

Addressing the graduates, head of the Military High School Col. Milan Stevic said that this period of life is decisive for their future life and told them - that the school will remain part of the people, and its 36th classes.

Three top students of the class who achieved outstanding results are Aleksandar Blagojevic, the best student in class, and Stefan Kikic and Kokic Milan as second and third respectively in the 36th class graduates. The awards were presented by the Head of the Military Academy Vuruna.

The reward of the Fund "Lieutenant Borko Nikitovic" went to the top student of the class Aleksandar Blagojevic. For the young graduates this has been the second time he has been given this award, which is named after the young officer who died tragically, the student of the Military High School and the best student class of the 44th class of Military Academy students.

Blagojevic said that he was honored to be speaking on behalf of generations of graduates of the Military High School stating he was sure that their teachers were proud of them. Attendees were addressed by the Head of the 36th class Major Miloje Ilic and teacher Milica Mancevic, on behalf of head teachers.

The art programme featured the performance of the student choir and literary and music section of the Military High School.
