Bilateral Military Cooperation Plan with the Czech Republic signed
Bilateral Military Cooperation Plan for 2012 between the defence ministries of Serbia and the Czech Republic was signed at the Directorate for International Military Cooperation. The Plan extends the cooperation in areas of mutual interest.
Cooperation between Serbia and the Czech Republic in the area of defence is intense with enough room for further quality improvement. The key areas of cooperation are: military education and student exchange, logistics, Atomic-Biological-Chemical Defence and standardization. In addition to the Bilateral Military Cooperation Plan, the activities with the Czech Republic are also realized through the Plan of Cooperation with the Czech Ministry of Defence in 2012 as well as through contacts with the Embassy. They expressed satisfaction with the quality of the Czech Republic’s involvement in the organization of these activities, as well as with the degree of realization.
By submitting a letter of intent to join the Multinational Logistics Coordination Centre (MLCC) in Prague, Serbia expressed its interest to participate and actively contribute to its activities.
