Bilateral military cooperation plan with Poland signed



Bilateral Military Cooperation Plan for 2012 between the defense ministries of Serbia and the Republic of Poland was signed by the Acting Chief of the International Military Cooperation Colonel Predrag Kralj and Defence Attaché of the Republic of Poland in Belgrade Colonel Jiri Scepancik.

Poland and Serbia sign the first bilateral military cooperation plan that will allow better implementation of the activities of international military cooperation. The armed forces of the two countries have the potential for successful cooperation in the field of military law, religious service in the armed forces, preparing for participation in multinational operations and military medicine.

In the Directorate for International Military Cooperation there are ongoing talks of expert working groups between the two ministries in order to harmonize the final text of the Agreement on Defense Cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Republic of Poland, as a legal framework for future cooperation.
