Visit of delegation of the National Defence College of the Republic of Kenya
Delegation of the National Defence College of the Republic of Kenya headed by the Director Major-General Bashir Yussuf Haji, visited the University of Defence.The delegation of the National Defence College of the Republic of Kenya was received in the Rectorate of the University of Defence by the Rector of the University of Defence, Lieutenant General prof. Dr Miodrag Jevtic and his associates. He informed the guests about the history and tradition of the military education in the Republic of Serbia and the process that resulted in the accreditation of study programs, by establishing the Defence University and the adoption of its statute by the Government of the Republic of Serbia highlighting good basis for cooperation in the field of education of officers at all levels of schooling.
Major General Bashir Yussuf Haji thanked for the reception and detailed presentation of the Defence University. He pointed out that the National Defence College of the Republic of Kenya educates officers and senior civil servants in the Government of the Republic of Kenya and the region (Egypt, Nigeria, Namibia and Burundi), who were in the composition of the today's delegation.Delegation of the National Defence College of the Republic of Kenya continued their visit to the University of Defence, by visiting the Military Academy and the Medical Faculty of the Military Medical Academy.
