Introduction into military registry book



Ministry of Defence invites all male persons, born in 1994 or before (from 1982 to 1993), who, for whatever reason have not yet been registered into the military records of the calendar year when they turned 18 and came of age, to report to the Ministry of Defence Centre for Local Government, by place of residence, in order to introduce in military records.

Recruits who reside abroad are obliged to report to the competent diplomatic or consular missions of the Republic of Serbia.

The introduction into the military records is done every day from 09.00 to 14.00, from 1st February 2012.

The recruit who is introduced in the official military records to the Ministry of Defence is to submit the following documents:
- Identity card and birth certificate
- Certificate of Citizenship of the Republic of Serbia
- One photo for ID cards

Pursuant to the Article 19 of the Law on Republic Administrative Fees taxes for the documents that need to be submitted are not to be paid.

In case the recruit is not able to present himself and be introduced into the military records, recruit is required to notify the Center of the Ministry of Defence and justify his absence.
