Greeting by the Minister of Defence on the occasion of the Day of "Odbrana" MC



On the occasion of 24 January - the Day of "Odbrana" Media Centre, I wish to extend my sincere congratulations to all the members of the institution.

Your constant, high quality and timely public reporting on the results of defence reform, implementation of media and cultural events and publishing activities during the past year have contributed to improving the reputation and media identity of the Serbian Armed Forces at home and abroad.

The results of the reform, the international military cooperation, peacekeeping missions, operational capabilities, life and work of units and institutions of the Ministry of Defence and the Serbian Armed Forces would be inaccessible and unknown to the wide audience if there were not your professionalism and skills.

The standards that you have established in public relations have ranked you among the most advanced media houses in the region, and the contents of your messages and modern communication technology have contributed to a greater sensitivity of public for the affairs that the defence system deals with.
