Lecture in the central military club-understanding Christianity



During the exhibition jointly organized by Media Center "Odbrana" and the National Museum of Nis "Portrait - a permanent inspiration to artists" in the Grand Gallery and "Branko Miljkovic - poetry as a fate," in the small Gallery, on Thursday 5 January 2012. at 18:00 a special accompanying program will be organized in the hall of the Central Military Club.

A lecture titled "Constantine the Great and religious tolerance," to mark the 1700 anniversary of the Milan Edicts, will be given by Nebojsa Ozimic, historian, curator of the National Museum of Nis. The lecture will be followed by video presentation of the heritage Nis National Theatre, which will clarify and define the relation of Emperor Constantine to other religions, especially his idea of Christianity.
