Minister congratulates the coming holidays
On the occasion of the approaching New Year and Christmas holidays I extend sincere congratulations to all members of the Ministry of Defense and the Army of Serbia.This past 2011 year will be remembered as the year when we, in spite of the economic crisis which has affected the whole world, continued with the reforms of the defense and made a big step towards achieving the highest European and world standards in the field of defense.
We have increased participation in peacekeeping missions, improving the operational capabilities of our armed forces, restored its once lost reputation and trust among the citizens of Serbia, while maintaining the standard of our members.
Hoping that we will make progress in the coming year as well I congratulate you the holidays wishing you to spend them with their families in good health, happiness and spirit.
