President Tadic congratulates the day of the air force



On occasion of 24 December –the Day of the Air Force I extend sincere congratulations to the members of the air force.

By successfully executing the tasks of control and protection of the sovereignty of the airspace of the Republic of Serbia you have made significant contribution to maintaining peace and security in the country and the region.

By participating in international military events you have demonstrated high operational capacity to perform complex tasks, worthy of the Army of Serbia thus representing it in the best possible light and spreading its reputation over the world.

I am confident that you will continue to carry out all assigned tasks professionally and thus contribute to the strengthening of operational capabilities of your units and the Army of Serbia as a whole.

I congratulate you your holiday and I wish you success in your work and execution of future tasks.
