Suspects of stealing fuel from Umac storage arrested



As a result of a joint action of the Military Security Agency of the Ministry of Defence, the Prosecutor's Office for Organized Crime in Belgrade and the High Prosecutor's Office in Prokuplje, 12 people were detained on suspicion on having been committing the act of theft of fuel from the storage facilities of "Umac" near Prokuplje for months.

Ten members of the Army of Serbia and two civilians from Prokuplje have been brought in, who, after a 48-hour police detention, 24 December 2011, were handed over to the investigating judge of the High Court in Prokuplje.
