PRESS RELEASE
Military pensioner Ponjiger Palko (from Sid, born in 1960) and his wife Ilonka (born in 1964) died tragically yesterday at 12.45 when they jumped from the sixth floor of the military-owned hotel "Stari Grad" in Belgrade, where they had been using the military housing units since 2003.
While jumping, their son Milan (born in Novi Sad, 2008) was with them and after the accident he was transferred into the ER.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Military Police conducted the investigation, and the investigative judge of the High Court in Belgrade came to process the scene of the tragedy.
