President congratulates the day of the Army



On occasion of 16 November-the day of the Army I congratulate this day to all the members of the army.

By providing peace and security in the Ground Safety Zone and along the administrative line towards Kosovo, as well as by providing help to citizens of Serbia and by participating in many multinational peace operations you have made special contribution to security, stability and building trust in the SAF and country both home and in the world.

You demonstrated skills, readiness and commitment in countering all challenges and performing all tasks in the defense system.

I am confident that you will continue to carry out all your assigned missions and tasks as well as continue to strengthen the operational capabilities of the units of the Army and the Serbian Army as a whole.

With a wish to successfully carry out your assigned tasks in the future, I congratulate you your holiday.
