Swedish forces expert team visits SAF
Representatives of the expert team of the Armed Forces of the Kingdom of Sweden have visited the Air Force and Air Defense Command. On that occasion a workshop titled "How to make the Air Force operational and interoperable in line with European standards."The delegation of the Swedish armed forces was headed by Lt. Col. Anders Frikholm, Head of Sector for the evaluation of J-7, Lieutenant Col Jan Val and major Torbjorn Jonson. The review team was led by Air Force Colonel Goran Petkovic, Head of the Planning and Development Department, A-5. The meeting was also attended by Defence Attaché of Sweden Lt. Col. Thomas Klementson.
Members of the Armed Forces of the Kingdom of Sweden were first acquainted with the history, organizational structure, missions and tasks of the Air Force, which was followed by a presentation. At the end the workshop further activities were agreed on, as well as conclusions of the visit.Guests from Sweden are in the Air Force are paying a three-day visit - from 8 to 10 of November. During their stay they visited the Museum of aviation and Belgrade sights.
