55th class of general staff college visit Novi Sad



In the 55th Study Tour listeners General Staff training classes were today in Novi Sad.

In Novi Sad Serbian Central Military Club the students were acquainted with the organizational structure and main tasks by the commander of the First Brigade, Brigadier General Djokica Petrovic, Deputy Commander of the River Flotilla, Colonel Miodrag Djokic, chief of the second Military Security Agency center, Colonel Srdjan Petrovic and on behalf of the Regional MOD center of Novi Sad, Lieutenant Colonel Sreten Cvetkovic.

During their visit to the Government of Vojvodina Deputy Prime Minister of Vojvodina and the Provincial Secretary for inter-regional cooperation and local government Tomislav Stanti spoke to guests the importance and current aspects of development and reached the place and role of the Province of Vojvodina in Serbia.
The attendees of the college visited the company NIS. Assistant Director for Corporate Protection Sasa Todorovic informed them about the work of the company, the integrated security system and security aspects of the distribution of oil and oil products.

The stay in Novi Sad and Petrovaradin was also an opportunity for students to explore the cultural and historical heritage of this part of Vojvodina.
