October 15th Issue of Magazine ODBRANA brings
First civilian airplane landed at the airport “Morava”. The whole region, Kraljevo, Kragujevac, Krusevac, including even Uzice and Novi Pazar got a new airport which will be at the service of the citizens and enable new investments, Serbian President Boris Tadic stressed upon landing at the airport.

Defence Ministers of the countries from the South-Eastern Europe, who participated in a regional conference in Antalya, supported Serbian stand that the crisis in Kosovo and Metohija be solved through dialogue.
We will achieve our goals and tasks only by excellent training, maximum of responsibility and hard military discipline, said Brigadier General Ilija Todorov, Commander of the Special Brigade, reminding that each of its members keeps in his heart the Duke Misic’s maxim – “He who dares, he can. Who does not know fear, he goes forward!"
By organizing the scientific conference “OTEH 2011“ the Ministry of Defence and the Republic of Serbia sent the message that they want to contribute to the regional security and the scientific cooperation as well as to improve the military-technical relations with all partner lands.
To mark the sixty-third anniversary of the factory “Sloboda” in Cacak, Minister of Defence Dragan Sutanovac put into operation a new machine at the plant for completion of pyrotechnic components and subassemblies.
The production of the wooden housing units, which will be placed in Valjevo, started at the wood processing plant of the Military Construction Institution “Belgrade” in Sabac. This is the beginning of the new building standard for the members of the Serbian Armed Forces and the Ministry of Defence.
Minister of Defence Dragan Sutanovac handed in the keys to 47 new flats in Gornji Milanovac and nine flats in Cacak. He announced that in those garrisons additional 36 flats are to be moved in.
The process of the professional training of drivers is complex, since it is necessary to systematically, theoretically and practically train the candidates in short time to pass the driving test or to improve their previously gained knowledge. It is the quality of the practical training and the safety indicators within the training process that distinguish the Battalion for the traffic service training in Kraljevo from all similar centers and other driver training schools in the country.
The government of Romania accepted the deployment of the US anti-missile unit in its base Deveselu. The unit, which will have a missile system and between 150 and 200 people, will arrive in Romania within the next four years.
The exhibition of paintings and sculptures of the most important representatives of Serbian Modernism from Pavle Beljanski Memorial-Collection from Novi Sad was opened in the Military Club’s Big Gallery in Belgrade.
In a certain way, in 2010, Momo Kapor discontinued the dialogue, however, now when he is gone, from the pages of his books, magazines and from his paintings, he addresses his faithful audience perhaps more clearly and directly. Now, when we do not enjoy the seductive appearance of an old charmer, we begin to listen to his words more deeply and we find in them that what he noticed in us – the nostalgia and the love of life.
At the European Shooting Championships, held in Kovilovo near Belgrade, Sergeant Major Mudrinic set a new national record in shooting a pistol Walter GP 10, with a rapid and accurate fire, with 579 laps.
