Cooperation with Italy
Delegation of Defence Ministry of the Republic of Serbia, headed by the Secretary of the Ministry Dragan Radulovic, paid an official visit to the Republic of Italy from October 4th to 6th. In a meeting with a host, Chairman of the 1st Directorate of the Italian Army General Staff, Major-General Franco Marsiglia, there were talks about the regulations that manage the work of the administration in the system of defence. The experiences have been exchanged regarding the work on the legal and administrative matters in the field of defence, as well as on cooperation with the Parliament and military and trade union representatives.
Both sides assessed that the military bilateral cooperation is very developed, with a possibility of further improvements regarding the content and number of activities.
Secretary of the Ministry Radulovic also met with a Deputy Chief-of-Staff of the Italian Armed Forces Admiral Cristiano Bettini.
