BIH delegation's visits
State Secretary Igor Jovicic received the delegation of the Joint Commission for Defence and Security of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina, headed by Dusanka Majkic, chairwoman of the Joint Commission.The topics were human resources, especially in terms of the number of personnel in the process of defense reform and professionalization of the armed forces. The meeting was attended by Brigadier General Sladjan Djordjevic, Head of the Human Resources Department.
During the talks at the Ministry of Defence, guests were informed about the current situation in the field of regional and bilateral military cooperation, the strategic documents that have been adopted so far, as well as the process in planning the defense budget and its structure.
In the Center for Peacekeeping Operations of SAF Joint Operations Command, the Serbian delegation presented to the legislative framework necessary for the engagement of the Serbian Armed Forces in multinational operations, and deployment plans in the future.The delegation of the Joint Commission for Defence and Security Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina, is paying an official visit to the Republic of Serbia on 28 to 29 September 2011.
