Procurement seminar
The Sector for Material Resources of the Ministry of Defence today began a seminar on "The principles of negotiation and bargaining in the field of defense procurement." The course will consist of 23 lectures held September representatives of the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California - Dr Elizabeth Wright, William Chadwick and Professor Hans-Michael Rudinger. They will present their knowledge in the field of defense procurement in practice of the system of the Ministry of Defence of Serbia. The seminar is organized by the Department of Defense Technologies Sector for Material Resources. At the opening of the seminar, Chief of Administration, Brigadier General Bojan Zrnic attended the introductory lecture given by Dr Elizabeth Wright. She spoke about the defense procurement in the United States, comparing them with the procurements in Serbia.
In addition to guests from the United States, forty representatives of several organizational units of the Ministry of Defense and the Army of Serbia are also taking part in the seminar. The plan is to continue with the cooperation of the Ministry of Defense and the Army of Serbia and the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey through several seminars.
