The retired generals and admirals have visited today the 4th Army Brigade and the "South" Base in the Ground Safety Zone.

In the barracks "1300 Corporals" in Vranje, the guests were welcomed by Commander of the 4th Army Brigade, Brigadier General Milosav Simovic. The retired generals and admirals attended the presentation of films about the activities of the members of the Brigade in the Ground Safety Zone.

After that, they visited the Memorial Room which is a rich treasure of the culture of memory of soldiers and civilians who were killed in armed conflicts waged in this area from 1878. "People who were once soldiers always want to find themselves in a military environment and are interested to have a look at them and the novelties such as the South base. We plan to continue on with such activities which will involve all military veterans, not just retired generals and admirals, said the President of the Assembly of Generals and Admirals Club, Lt. Gen. Ljubisa Stoimirovi? Ret.

"In the memory book we wrote that we were honoured to be able with the Brigadier General Simovic to recall of Serbian history and with this institution, Serbia got an important military museum to be proud of", Stoimirovi? added.
