"In the middle of all there was and still is the man", General Veljkovic said.
Brigadier General Sladjan Djordjevic, Head of the Personnel Department of the Ministry of Defence congratulated Members of the Ministry of Defence and the Serbian Armed Forces the Personnel Service Day – 1 September.
It has been for the third time that the members of the Personnel Department mark the 1 September as the day of their service. This date was chosen because the 1 September is the day when the "personnel year" begins. In fact, the most important jobs performed by personnel authorities are implemented and summarized by this date.
