More than fifty members of the Mixed Artillery Brigade register to donate their organs



In the Nis barracks "Mija Stanimirovic" more than fifty members of the Mixed Artillery Brigade registered to donate their organs.

Soldiers and officers of the unit commanded by Colonel Sasa Nedeljkovic thus became involved in the national campaign entitled "Extend the Life", aimed at creating the largest possible network of voluntary organ donors.

The importance of organ donation system was explained to members of the Mixed Artillery Brigade by the Manager of the Team for Organ Transplantation from the Nis Clinical Centre and the Nephrology Clinics Director, Professor Dr Vidojko Djordjevic, who took this opportunity to thank the Armed Forces Members on their participation in the Campaign.

At the end of the Campaign in the Mixed Artillery Brigade, mutual satisfaction with the fact that a large number of officers and soldiers showed their humanity by donating their organs was mutually stated.
