Cooperation with Germany in the field of military law



Delegation of the Ministry of Defence, headed by Mr Dragan Radulovic, the Secretary of the Ministry, paid an official visit to the Federal Ministry of Defence of FR Germany, from 23 to 25 May, in order to establish cooperation in the field of military law.

First Counsellor of the Inspector General for Aerospace of FR Germany and the military disciplinary prosecutor Schulte Fashauer introduced the delegation to the system of military-disciplinary accountability and organization of military disciplinary courts. The visit was organised to the First Instance Military Disciplinary Court in Münster, where the delegation attended the main trial in a disciplinary case.

Secretary Radulovic discuss with Peter Drajst, the Advisor to the Assistant State Secretary and Head of General and Legal Affairs, about the constitutional and legal position of the German Armed Forces.

During his visit, Secretary Radulovic was received by Mr Flaymayer, the Advisor for Legal Affairs to the Assistant State Secretary.

They agreed to continue cooperation, especially concerning the job of military ombudsman, union organizing, and participation in multinational operations.
