Last session of the NATO Trust Fund for Helping Redundant MIlitary Personnel



In the Retraining Directorate of the Department for Tradition, Standards and Veterans the last meeting of the NATO Trust Fund for Helping Redundant Military Personnel was held today. After five years of successful work the NATO/PfP program and of the IOM was finalized.

The last session was attended by the representatives of 18 donor countries, chaired by the Kingdom of Norway, Ministry of defense and the Internattional Organization for Migrations, as the executive ???????? ??????? ???????? ?????? ????????????? ?? ???????????? 18 ?????? ????????, ?? ???? ? ?????????? ?????????, ???????????? ??????? ?????? ? ??????????? ???????????? ?? ?????????, ????? ???????? ?????? ???????? ???? ?? ?????? ???????? ????? ????? ? ???????.

Brigade General Sladjan Djordjevic, assistant minister for human resources expressed his pleasure at seeing how successful the Project had been and that the experiences learned would be used in similar programs in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Ukraine and other countries where NATO is organizing courses for profession retraining of redundant military personnel. He underlined that the aforementioned project represents an example of successful cooperation of the MoD, NATOI member states, Partnership for peace program and the International Organization for Migration in solving one of the leading and most acute problems of countries undergoing transition.
