State Secretary Miscevic visits Germany



State Secretary in the Ministry of Defence, Aleksandar Miscevic, paid an official visit to Federal Republic of Germany from 26 to 28, where he met with the parliamentary State Secretary of the Federal Ministry of Defence of Germany Rudiger Wolf on cooperation in education, military medicine, codification, arms control and human resources.

It was noted that cooperation in defense was well-developed, especially in the field of education. In the last ten years, more than 100 members of the Ministry of Defense and the Army of Serbia have visited Germany to attend various forms of education and training. State Secretary Miscevic informed his guest of the University of Defence facilities and opportunities for training of the German armed forces in the Republic at various levels.

It was proposed that the cooperation on high-level and the level of expert groups should be intensified in order to concretize future cooperation in finance, law and human resource management.

During the visit the delegation had meetings with the representatives of the Department for Personnel and Social Affairs, the Department of Budget and Finance and the Department for the right. They exchanged experiences on planning, personnel management, education, social issues, salaries, pensions and financial management, military and disciplinary law, and spiritual guidance.
