The performance of the Guard Representative Orchestra and the exercir of the Guard

Marking the Day of the Municipality of Cuprija, today in this city, in the presence of hundreds of citizens, members of the Serbian Guard performed egzercir - exhibition of weapons, while the Guard’s Representative Orchestra performed traditional marches.

The citizens of Cuprija were greeted with loud applause after the appearance of the orchestra and the egzercir of Representative Guard orchestra and expressed delight that the members of the Army were present to enrich the celebration of Day of the City.

The Guard Representative Orchestra appeared under the baton of Lieutenant Alexander Djurovic, and the guard under the command of Captain Mirko Mitric.

Today’s celebration was attended by the representatives of local government, the Cuprija garrison commander, Lieutenant Vanco Atanasov, guests from the sister city in Republic of Serbia Gradiska and many residents, students and children.

" I am thrilled by this as we have seen – as the President of the Cuprija Municipality Ksenija Milosevic said- especially as the Army has a long tradition in our town and we really seeing the soldiers in our city. I thank the Ministry of Defense and the Serbian Armed for making this nice event possible and we hope to continue cooperation".

The President of the Organizing Committee of the celebration of the municipality of Cuprija Slavko Cvetkovic congratulated the guard members on the knowledge and ability and stressed that the military had presented themselves in their true light.
