Marking 196 years since the start of II Serbian Uprising
- Modern Serbia is committed to living in peace and harmony with its neighbouring countries and other European nations and states, while also being able to build and govern Serbia as a legal state, as minister Dacic stated during the ceremony marking 196 years since the start of the Second Serbian uprising.
