Bilateral military consultations between Serbia and the Russian Federation
The first bilateral military consultations between the delegations of the ministries of defence of Serbia and the Russian Federation was held in Moscow, chaired by Milorad Peric, Head of the International Military Cooperation Department, and Colonel Aleksandr Aleksandrovich Kšimovskij, Deputy Head of the General Directorate for International Military Cooperation.
Both sides agreed that the bilateral cooperation is below the required level and that there is the interest and space for its improvement. They signed the bilateral military cooperation plan for 2011.
They agreed on the exchange of visits at the highest level, continued education of Serbian officers in military schools in the Russian Federation, attendance at the military exercises, and participation in the courses organized by the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation.
