Conscript duty shortened



Serbian President Boris Tadic, based on the Article 24, Paragraph 3 of the Law on the Military, Labor and Material Obligations and the Article 24 Paragraph 4 Law on the President of the Republic, and upon the proposal of the Minister of Defense, issued an order for dismissal from the military service of conscripts who were sent to serve in 2010, as well as persons opted to serve in civil service their military duty.


The soldiers who serve under arms, as well as those in civil service, will be dismissed on 28 February 2011.
