Course "Conceptual approach to fighting terrorism" ends



A five-day course
''A conceptual approach to the battling terrorism” hosted by the NATO Center of Excellence in Ankara in cooperation with the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Serbia ended today at the ''Continental'' Hotel.

The course objective was to identify strategies to combat terrorism and make a multidimensional analysis of terrorist threats.

The course was attended by 35 members of the General Staff of the Serbian Army, Military Intelligence and Military Security Agency. In addition to participants from the Republic of Serbia, the course was attended by five members of foreign armed forces from Macedonia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ukraine and Belarus.

The Center for Excellence in Ankara, Turkey is the only NATO center which studies of terrorism and the fight against terrorism. Furthermore, nine international speakers participated in the course.
