In the past year you have achieved significant results in strengthening the operational capabilities of your units and building a modern vision of the Army, which can counter the security challenges our country is facing.

You have made particular contribution by providing peace and stability in southern Serbia and in building the trust of the local population and the members of international forces in Kosovo and Metohija in you.

I am confident that you will in future carry out your tasks professionally and responsibly thus contributing to the building of modern and efficient Serbian Army, able to successfully resist threats to security in the country and be an equal partner in safeguarding the world peace.
