MoD delegation visits Libyan arms fair
The delegation of the MoD led by the Chief of the Department for Development and Planning Brig. Gen. Mitar Kovac visited the arms fair LibDex 2010 held in Tripoli, Libya from 09 to 12 November.This fair of arms and military equipment ''LibDex 2010''which is the second in a row represents the largest and the most important event of such kind in northern Africa, where22 exhibitors from Europe, Africa, Asia and America presented their products. 101 companies presented their products and service in the domain of security and defense.
During the visit Brig. Gen. Mitar Kovac, professor as well as colonel Veselin raicevic of the Department for defense Technologies and Jovan Isaikovic, PhD of the Military Technical Institute had talks with the commander of the Libyan Air Force General Al Rifi el Sheriff.The fair is hosted by the Temporary people’s committee for defense and WAHA expo Co., a Libyan company.
