Minister to donate his ministerial salary to help the citizens of Kraljevo
Yesterday, during his visit to Kraljevo, which was hit by a devastating earthquake Dragan Šutanovac, minister of defense, called on citizens to assist within their capabilities.The Minister, after touring the areas damaged by the earthquake and following the talks he had with citizens who have suffered losses, he decided to forgo and donate his one month worth of ministerial salary which will be deposited into a gyro account opened to help (approximately 102,000 RSD). This was minister’s way of encouraging the citizens and companies to contribute to alleviating the consequences of this catastrophic earthquake.
The minister stressed that in these difficult moments it is very important to show solidarity with those who have found themselves in a very difficult situation and in accordance with one’s one abilities.
