Minister Gašić meets with representatives of Ravna Reka residents



Minister of Defence Bratislav Gašić met today with representatives of the Ravna Reka local community to discuss the issuance of permits for the refurbishment and construction of facilities located within security zones surrounding the Pasuljanske Livade military complex. 
During the meeting, discussions focused on the conditions under which work on the existing and new facilities within these zones could be carried out, in line with applicable regulations and procedures.

It was highlighted that the construction, reconstruction, extension, refurbishment or adaptation of the facilities located within security zones around military complexes and installations is not prohibited. Instead, the Ministry of Defence issues an individual assessment for each facility upon request from the competent local authority, in line with regulations.
At the meeting, the Ministry of Defence and the Serbian Armed Forces expressed their readiness for continued cooperation and support for the residents of Ravna Reka.
