Competing in the event for the third time, the VMA team outperformed 15 teams from Great Britain and the United States, achieving outstanding results in the treatment and evacuation of multiple casualties, while also demonstrating exceptional physical readiness in complex conditions.

The VMA team comprised captains 1st class: Dr. Nemanja Vasiljković, Dr. Mina Stanić, and Dr. Aleksa Ivković; captains: Dr. Stanislava Petrović, Dr. Nemanja Tucović, Dr. Nikola Mitrović, and Dr. Lazar Dimitrijević; and civilian employee Dr. Milan Sibinović.
The AMSTEE combines land navigation with travelling in formation carrying adequate equipment. The 12-hour competition requires teams to navigate a series of dispersed checkpoints in demanding field conditions.
