President of Democratic Republic of Congo visiting Serbia



Today, the President and Supreme Commander of the Serbian Armed Forces, Aleksandar Vučić, welcomed with full state and military honours the President of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Félix Antoine Tshisekedi Tshilombo, who is on an official three-day visit to Serbia. The welcome ceremony took place in front of the Palace of Serbia
Minister of Defence Bratislav Gašić was also present at the ceremony, which included the national anthems of Serbia and the Democratic Republic of the Congo and the Honour Guard Battalion of the Serbian Armed Forces.
Following a private conversation between the two presidents, the Serbian and Congolese delegations met for a plenary session.
As part of the visit, a ceremony was held to exchange the signed bilateral documents, with the presidents of both countries in attendance.
