2nd Training Centre Day marked
A military ceremony was held today at the Field Marshal Živojin Mišić barracks in Valjevo to mark 2nd Training Centre Day. The date commemorates October 15, 1918, when the Serbian army liberated Valjevo.
During the ceremony, the unit’s accomplishments over the past year were reviewed, and awards were presented to the most outstanding individuals.Reflecting on the unit’s performance over the past year, it was noted that the 2nd Training Centre of the Training Command had successfully completed all assigned tasks - primarily the training of soldiers, professional soldier candidates, reservists, and Military Academy cadets - thanks to the professionalism and dedication of its personnel.
As part of the celebration, an Open Day event was held, along with a weapons and military equipment display.
