Enhancing the process of preparing and implementing organizational and mobilization changes



The Organization Department of the Human Resources Sector held a working meeting today in Belgrade, focusing on the topic of enhancing the process of preparing and implementing organizational and mobilization changes. The meeting addressed recent developments stemming from amendments to regulations governing organization, as well as the implementation of new software solutions. The meeting was chaired by Colonel Milan Milanović, Head of the Organization Department.   
During the meeting, representatives of the Ministry of Defence and the Serbian Armed Forces were presented with key amendments to regulations governing the Organization function. This included changes to the Rulebook on Organization, Internal Structure and Position Classification, the new Rulebook on the Method for Determining Military Occupational Specialties and General Specialties, the conditions and procedures for the reclassification of officers and non-commissioned officers, as well as provisions of the new Rulebook on Official Seals in the Serbian Armed Forces.  

The new DokOrg software application, developed by the Organization Department, was also presented at the meeting. The application is designed to boost the efficiency in preparing proposals for organizational and mobilization changes.

The meeting also discussed methods for implementing these changes, as well as future challenges in the management of organizational and mobilization changes.
The introduction of changes and new software solutions has created the conditions for improved automation and greater efficiency in managing organizational and mobilization changes.

By organizing meetings like this, the Organization Department continues to provide support to members of the Ministry of Defence and the Serbian Armed Forces involved in organizational and mobilization tasks, while also offering training to personnel responsible for carrying out these duties.
