Cooperation document signed between “Moma Stanojlović” Aviation Institute and Airbus Helicopters

Minister of Defence Bratislav Gašić and Assistant Minister for Material Resources Nenad Miloradović, Ph.D., attended the signing of a document formalizing the continuation of industrial cooperation projects with Airbus, originally launched under the contract for the acquisition of H-145 helicopters.
The document was signed by Colonel Slaviša Pavlović, Director of the “Moma Stanojlović” Aviation Institute, Thomas Hein, Head of the Europe Region at Airbus Helicopters, and a representative of the state-owned company Jugoimport-SDPR.

The document ensures the continued involvement of the “Moma Stanojlović” Aviation Institute as a local manufacturer of helicopter components within Airbus’s global supply chain. This ensures continuity in the transfer of knowledge and the development of high-tech production in the Republic of Serbia.
Through the implementation of this project, Serbia continues to solidify its position in the global aviation industry, while also enhancing its capabilities to maintain and develop its helicopter fleet over an extended period.
