General Woodruff commenced his visit to Serbia with a meeting at the Serbian Armed Forces General Staff. There, he and General Mojsilović discussed the current security situation both regionally and globally, as well as the priorities and future opportunities for cooperation between the Serbian Armed Forces and the Ohio National Guard.

Referring to the results of nearly two decades of joint activities under the State Partnership Program, it was noted that these efforts have been both intensive and comprehensive. During the remainder of his visit, General Woodruff is scheduled to meet with the President of the Republic and Supreme Commander of the Serbian Armed Forces, Aleksandar Vučić. Additionally, separate meetings are planned with Minister of Defence Bratislav Gašić and Minister of Foreign Affairs Marko Đurić.
