Elzan Bibić triumphs at Serbian 10km Road Running Championship



Elzan Bibić, a member of the Sports Unit at the Military Academy of the Defence University, triumphed at the Serbian 10km Road Running Championship, held as part of the “10K Belgrade” event.
At this prestigious event organized by the Belgrade Marathon, which drew a record-breaking 5,000 runners, Bibić won the race with a time of 29 minutes and 23 seconds, holding a strong lead from start to finish.

A total of 45 students from the Military Grammar School and the “1300 Corporals” Secondary Vocational Military School, along with professional members of the armed forces took part in the competition, including the Head of the Secondary Vocational Military School, Captain (Navy) Srđan Miljković, Major Marko Mihajlov, and civilian employee Gligor Škrpan.
In addition to the sporting achievements, the event was also marked by the involvement of 50 students from the abovementioned military schools, who assisted in the organization, helping ensure the event was carried out at the highest level.
